Information we use
If you submit a transfer request, we process the route, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and the name, phone number, e-mail address and any comment you provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the requested transport. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform the transport contract, meet legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.
When you submit the form with the consent box selected, you consent to processing the information you provide so we can respond to your enquiry and arrange the trip. You may withdraw consent using the contact details above. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out or processing needed to perform a contract or meet legal obligations.
Requests sent by e-mail are delivered to Favistor OÜ, and the e-mail address you provide is copied on the message. If you choose WhatsApp or another external contact service, the information you send is handled by that service under its own privacy policy.
Website and server data
Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP address, browser details and request time, to deliver and secure the website. The visitor counter uses an HMAC-protected fingerprint derived from an IP address to avoid counting the same address repeatedly. It does not store the original IP address in its visitor-count data. The time when you dismiss the app-install prompt is stored in browser localStorage; the prompt stays hidden for seven days until the value is replaced or this site's data is cleared.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy of data you provided. External services
Google Maps is embedded on route pages and loads automatically. Google receives the route request, your IP address and technical browser information; Google may use its own cookies and similar technologies as described in how Google uses cookies and Google's Privacy Policy. This website also loads the Manrope font through Google Fonts; font requests send Google your IP address and technical browser information for delivery and security.
