How much does a transfer cost?

The price is calculated per whole vehicle, not per passenger. The total depends on the route, date, time and additional services. We name the exact price before the trip and fix it — it will not change on the way.

Do you drive to the border and across it?

Yes. Within Latvia and Lithuania we cross borders without changes. For border destinations outside the EU (Koidula, Luhamaa, Pskov) we drive to the border checkpoint; a stop at the border is possible on request.

How does the airport or port meeting work?

The driver meets you with a name sign in the arrivals area or at the ferry exit. We track your flight: in case of a delay the car is provided at the actual arrival time at no extra charge.

How many passengers and luggage fit?

Standard capacity is up to 4 passengers, with one luggage item per passenger. Please mention oversized luggage (skis, bicycles, larger suitcases) when booking.

Can I order a child seat?

Yes, a child seat or booster is available on request. Specify the child's age in the request comment — we will provide a seat of the appropriate group.

What documents are needed for a border crossing?

Passengers need valid documents for crossing the border (passport, visa if required). You check your documents yourself; on our side the transport is carried out officially by the licensed carrier Favistor OÜ (licence TVL006863).

How do I pay for the trip?

Payment is made after the order is confirmed. We accept bank transfer, payment link and cash to the driver — we agree the convenient method when booking. A receipt is available on request.

What if my flight is delayed or plans change?

Message us on WhatsApp or call +372 53 20 20 20 as early as possible. We track flights ourselves, and we will adjust the pickup time or route without penalties given timely notice.
