To arrange a transfer, we may process your name, phone number, pickup address, destination, trip date and time, number of passengers, luggage details and additional comments.

3. Purpose of processing

The data is used to calculate the fare, confirm the booking, arrange the trip, communicate with the passenger and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is necessary to take steps before entering into and to perform a transport service agreement, and to comply with applicable law.

5. Storage and disclosure

Data is kept only for as long as necessary. It may be shared with the driver and communication providers only to the extent required to fulfil the booking. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to that service’s terms.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing by emailing info@favistor.ee.

7. Cookies

This version of the website does not use advertising cookies or analytics systems. This policy must be updated if external services are added.
